All orders are processed within 7 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time may take up to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid any delivery delays.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Oushadi Herbs, we prioritize hygiene and safety. Therefore:

• Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, due to hygiene and product safety concerns.
• However, we do provide replacements in the following case:
  

  • If the product is damaged or defective during delivery.

• To request a replacement, customers must:
  

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear pictures/videos showing the damage.
  • Email us at [insert your support email] with the order ID and proof of damage.

If the claim is verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Note:

We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than damage during delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
